Coriander Chutney
Description
This is an old anglo-indian recipe,
better known as grasshopper chutney
Ingredients
4 Cloves garlic
2 Bunches of fresh Coriander
2 Tablespoons of Dessicated Coconut
1 1/2 Root Ginger
1 or 2 Chillies
1 teaspoon of Sugar Salt to taste
1 Teaspoon of Mint
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
Grind into a thick paste and chill
